The gap nobody mentions

Pain is the symptom.
Movement still matters.

Getting out of pain matters, but comfort is only part of the picture. How well you move can affect the work, family time, and activities you want to return to and keep doing.

How it usually goes

Treated, discharged, back in six months

  • You come in hurting, get adjusted 8–12 times, and start feeling better.
  • Nobody looks closely at how your body is moving.
  • Care ends the moment the pain does.
  • The movement restriction that contributed to the problem is still there.
  • Six months later you're back. Same side, same story.
How we run it

Care built around the whole picture

  • Your movement is evaluated alongside the area that hurts.
  • Your care plan is built for your needs and explained up front.
  • Relief and improved range of motion are addressed together.
  • Ongoing wellness care is available to help maintain comfortable movement.
  • Every recommendation is adjusted to your comfort and goals.

The Elevate Method

Three components of care, built around you.

Relieve addresses the pain. Rebuild focuses on restoring the range of motion you need. Elevate supports maintaining that movement over time. These components work together according to your needs rather than following a fixed sequence.

Movement Assessment

An individualized look at how you move and where range of motion may be restricted, used to guide appropriate care.

Intersegmental Axial Traction

Gentle, table-based motion along the spine that may help relax surrounding muscles and support comfortable mobility.

Wellness & Mobility Care

Ongoing support for people who want to move comfortably, stay active, and reduce recurring flare-ups in everyday life.

Straight answers.

Do I need a referral to be seen?

No. You can book directly online or by phone. Dr. Tyler will take a full history and exam on your first visit and refer for imaging or to another specialist if that is what your case calls for.

What happens on the first visit?

About 45 minutes: a real history, a full orthopaedic and movement exam, and a clear conversation about what Dr. Tyler finds. You leave understanding the recommended care and what comes next. Treatment usually begins the same visit when it is appropriate.

What can be included in my care?

Your plan may use chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, traction, decompression, muscle stimulation, ice, heat, or mobility-focused care. Dr. Tyler chooses what is appropriate based on your exam, comfort, and goals rather than giving everyone the same treatment.

Am I going to get pressured into a long treatment plan?

No. Dr. Tyler explains what he found, what he recommends, the expected frequency, and the complete investment before you decide how to move forward. Nothing begins until you understand the plan and say yes.

Who do you treat?

Elevate cares for everyday people of different ages and activity levels — working adults, parents, families, older adults, and active people dealing with pain or injury. Every plan is based on the individual, not a template.

Does an adjustment hurt? What about cupping and scraping?

An adjustment should not hurt — most people describe relief and a release of pressure. Cupping can leave temporary circular marks and feels like a strong pull. Instrument-assisted soft tissue work can be tender on tissue that is already irritated, and pressure is adjusted to what you can tolerate. You will be told exactly what to expect before anything happens.

How do I pay, and how do I know what it will cost?

The new-patient assessment is currently $49 (usually $225). Major medical insurance plans are accepted, and your benefits are verified at your first visit. Coverage varies by plan and is confirmed before care begins. Cash, debit, credit, HSA and FSA are also accepted.

Do you accept personal injury patients?

Yes. Elevate now accepts personal injury patients. Dr. Tyler provides a thorough evaluation, an individualized care plan, progress documentation, and coordination with other professionals when appropriate.

How long until I feel better?

Most people notice meaningful change early in care. The exact timeline depends on your case — chronic issues and post-surgical work take longer than recent injuries — and Dr. Tyler will set honest expectations up front rather than after you have committed.
